Let’s just call it how it is: being a teenager and young adult today is hard. The pressure and distractions can make it tough to see beyond the grip of anxiety and depression. It may feel like a far-off fantasy to live a life where your values drive your decisions, your motivation leads you to your goals, and your self-compassion is your rock on the tough days.

When we work together, it's like hanging out in a safe space where we can unpack those feelings and address the challenges head-on. We'll discover your strengths and pack your toolkit with strategies to bounce back stronger. We'll also figure out what balance, health, and wholeness look like to you, and help you to live in it. There might be days that you don’t want to face the struggle or put in the work, but I promise you it is worth it - you are worth it.

Even if I don't always get the latest slang, I'm here to have your back and teach you to be your own biggest supporter. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help guide our conversations, to focus on your strengths and values and challenge the thoughts and behaviors that aren’t in alignment. After eight years working with high school and middle school students, I've learned that what truly matters is being heard and seen.
