I have experience working with both teens and adults facing depression and anxiety, using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I’m especially passionate about working through an attachment lens and empowering parents to prioritize their mental health, providing the secure foundation their children need.
